EPC of Substations up to 400 KV
Single-point engineering, procurement and construction contracts for 33 KV, 66 KV, 132 KV, 220 KV and 400 KV class substations.
An EPC contract covers detailed engineering, procurement and construction as a single package with a single price and a single schedule. For a substation that means we engineer the scheme, buy the equipment against approved-vendor lists with factory acceptance testing, and build it — rather than the client tendering each piece separately and coordinating between them.
We take EPC scope for greenfield substations up to 400 KV, and for bay extension and augmentation work inside switchyards that are already live. Live-switchyard work runs under strict permit-to-work discipline; on that kind of job the measure of success is that the running plant never saw an unplanned outage.
Deliverables include approved drawings, cable schedules, protection philosophy and settings, complete test records, as-built drawings and O&M manuals — the file that a client's own auditors and the electrical inspectorate will ask for later.
